A 31-year-old Peterborough man is facing multiple charges following an incident Friday afternoon.
Police say officers were called around 3 pm to the Reid Street area just north of Sherbrooke Street after reports of a man walking with his pants down and genitals exposed while also throwing rocks at vehicles.
Officers located a suspect matching the description nearby. Police say the man ran when he saw officers but was quickly taken into custody.
The accused is charged with indecent act in a public place and three counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
He is bound by probation conditions requiring him to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
