A neighbour dispute has led to charges against a Peterborough man already wanted on several outstanding warrants.
Police say officers were made aware around 5:00pm on Sunday of a text message in which the suspect allegedly threatened harm toward a neighbour.
During the investigation, officers also learned the man was wanted on warrants for theft under, disobeying a court order, failing to attend court, and fraud under $5,000.
The neighbour was not injured.
As a result, a 30-year-old Peterborough man was arrested on the strength of the outstanding warrants and additionally charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
