The Petes held all the cards going into their second last game of the season Friday night in Kingston as they looked to solidify their spot in the post season.
Going into the game, they were two points up on the Battalion for home ice advantage, and a win or a North Bay loss would finally give them that coveted fourth spot in the conference standings.
In their way was the Kingston Frontenacs who were looking to wrap up the regular season and go into the playoffs on a high note.
