A longtime City of Peterborough senior manager is being remembered by family, friends and former city colleagues.
Malcolm ‘Mac’ Crossman died March 5th at age 87.
Born in New Brunswick, Crossman moved to Peterborough at age 16. His lifelong career with the city began in 1955, initially doing sewer inspections and surveys before rising to the position of manager of public works. His 38-year city career ended in 1993 with his retirement.
It was at City Hall that Crossman met Vivian McGee, whom he married in 1963.
Visitation will be held this Sunday (March 8th), 1 to 3 p.m., at Highland Park Funeral Centre.
