It’s not just gas prices that are going up locally in light of the escalated tensions in the Middle East.
The President of Canadians For Affordable Energy, Dan McTeague says an even more extreme jump in the price of diesel fuel could also hit all of us in the pocketbook.
Diesel prices went up 11 cents yesterday and will jump 13 more cents today.
McTeague also worries about the inflationary pressures that come with all of this
McTeague says the conflict in the Middle East is partly to blame, but this is also the time of year when diesel is more popular than gasoline.
