A 36-year-old Peterborough man is facing multiple charges including break-and-enter.
Police were called to a residence near Clonsilla Avenue and Charlotte Street at approximately 8:30 p.m. Monday, after reports of an unwanted individual. Officers determined the man was not permitted at the residence under a release order, which barred him from contacting occupants or attending the property.
The man was arrested and charged with break-and-enter with intent to commit an indictable offence and failure to comply with a release order. He appeared in court on Tuesday.
