The City of Peterborough is inviting businesses and organizations to explore a commercial lease opportunity at the Miskin Law Community Complex.
The available space is approximately 104 square metres and is located on the second floor in the northwest corner of the building. The unfinished unit features floor-to-ceiling windows and is accessible from the walking track above the Russelle Toyota Pad.
The City says it is seeking a tenant whose business would enhance and expand services for visitors using the community complex.
The successful lease holder will be expected to commit to facility naming rights within the building to support marketing and awareness. Naming rights for the walking track and multi-purpose rooms are available.
Businesses interested in applying must submit written notice of interest to Scott Elliott, Corporate Sponsorship Manager, at selliott@peterborough.ca by February 28.
