Three people are facing charges following the search of a Peterborough apartment.
Officers with the Drug Unit and Emergency Response Team searched a residence near Talwood Drive and Goodfellow Road on February 13th, as part of an ongoing investigation. Police say they seized 23.2 grams of fentanyl, 5.6 grams of cocaine, 179 hydromorphone pills and $4,000 in Canadian currency.
A 34-year-old man from Hamilton was charged with possession of cocaine, fentanyl, and hydromorphone for the purpose of trafficking, as well as possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
A 62-year-old Peterborough man faces similar trafficking charges and has been released on an undertaking. He is scheduled to appear in court May 5th.
A 35-year-old man from Gilmour was charged with failing to comply with a release order requiring him to remain at home.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
