It was the second of three games this weekend for the Petes, returning to the Memorial Centre to face the Ice Dogs.
The Petes were looking to redeem themselves after falling to the Bulldogs late on Friday night.
Niagara meanwhile also lost their last game, and were looking to put a gap between themselves and Kingston in the standings, after the Frontenacs lost earlier in the day.
