The Township of Selwyn has lifted its Significant Weather Event.
Officials reviewed Environment Canada reports and current conditions on roads and sidewalks before making the decision.
The township says the end of the event indicates weather conditions have improved enough to meet regular maintenance timelines. Public Works crews will continue routine winter road and sidewalk maintenance.
Drivers and pedestrians are reminded to remain cautious in winter conditions. Overnight parking on all township roads is still prohibited to allow for safe and effective snow clearing.
