The need in the community is great, and a couple of local leaders stepped up to help.
Adam & AJ’s annual ‘Turkey Christmas Dinner’ was held on Tuesday, and about 140 meals were distributed.
Adam Simmonds, broker at Flat Rate Realty Corp. Brokerage, says the event is something that is special to him and his team.
PTBOTODAY.ca spoke with one of those who received a hand, and he was very thankful.
Simmonds says as long as there is a need, his team is dedicated to finding a way to assist those struggling.
