Fleming College has appointed Dr. Theresa Knott as its interim president, effective January 1st.
The college announced the leadership change in a statement, noting Knott’s experience and familiarity with the institution will be vital as the post-secondary sector continues to face significant financial and operational pressures.
The statement also thanked Knott and Al Lambert for their work supporting the college over the past year.
Chief of staff Julie Ferrari will continue to serve as liaison between the president’s office and the board.
The college is encouraging staff, students and community partners to welcome Knott as she steps into the interim role.
