A 75-year-old Peterborough man has been charged after a pedestrian was struck at Townsend Street and Aylmer Street.
Police say the incident happened around 5:45pm on Thursday, and the person hit was taken to Peterborough Regional Health Centre with non-life-threatening injuries.
The man was charged under the Highway Traffic Act for failing to yield to a pedestrian.
