The Peterborough Petes have moved 2007-born forward Caden Taylor to the Owen Sound Attack in exchange for two draft picks.
General manager Michael Oke said the club has acquired a third-round pick in 2026 (Ottawa) and a conditional fifth-round pick in 2028 (Kingston).
“On behalf of the Petes, I’d like to thank Caden for his time here in Peterborough,” noted Oke. “We wish him the best of luck as he continues his OHL career in Owen Sound.”
Taylor, from Shanty Bay, was drafted ninth overall by Sudbury in the 2023 OHL Priority Selection and has played 134 games across three seasons with the Wolves and Petes. He has 28 goals and 29 assists for 57 points, and attended Pittsburgh Penguins Development Camp this past summer.
Peterborough returns to home ice tonight against the Oshawa Generals for the Remembrance Day Game presented by HW Transport Group in support of Wounded Warriors Canada. Puck drop is 7:05 pm at the Peterborough Memorial Centre.
