Applications for the City of Peterborough Community Grants Program opened yesterday.
Not-for-profit groups and associations in the City are invited to apply for funding through the Community Project Grant or Community Investment Grant streams. Full details and the online application are available at peterborough.ca/CommunityGrants.
The program provides financial support to community-based organizations delivering programs, services, or activities that enhance quality of life in areas such as social services, health, arts, culture, heritage, recreation, and the environment.
Grant streams:

Community Project Grants: $250 to $1,000 for specific projects.

Community Investment Grants: $1,000 to $15,000 for programs, special events, or operating budgets.
Applications will close on Wednesday, December 3, at 12 p.m. Funding is subject to Council’s budget approval and a competitive evaluation process.
