Couple that with the staff’s knowledge of its products and outdoor adventure demands, and you have a combination that keeps the business front of mind for its customers, both of the longtime and new variety.
Scott Murison, who founded and opened the business with Kieran Andrews, reflects on the motivation to do so, and do so right here in Peterborough.
Murison says Wild Rock has needed, and still does need, a few things to ensure its viability and sustainability as a business.
Murison says while having staff that have experience with the sports and activities catered to is important, that’s but one aspect of the staff-customer benefit.
