A 41-year-old Peterborough man is facing multiple charges after reports of indecent exposure in Jackson Park.
Police say they responded to several calls around 7 p.m. on July 21st and found a man lying near a creek with his clothes beside him, matching descriptions provided by witnesses.
The accused is charged with committing an indecent act in a public place, failing to comply with a probation order, and failing to comply with a prohibition regarding children. He was already under orders to avoid Jackson Park and areas where children under 16 could be present.
