Hilliard Street will be closed to through traffic between Anson and George streets until Aug. 15th for road reconstruction work.
Access to properties along the section will be maintained, and motorists are asked to follow posted detour routes during the closure.
The project includes installing new traffic signals at the George and Hilliard intersection, partially reconstructing and realigning the intersection, and adding sidewalk and trail links.
