Hundreds of classic cars will converge on Lindsay this Sunday for the annual Classics on Kent event.
Presented by Wards Lawyers, the annual event will see vintage vehicles of virtually all makes and model displayed on Kent Street, with local food and product vendors, a Family Fun Zone and live entertainment also on the schedule.
Wards Lawyers CEO Melissa Wemyss says Lindsay’s main downtown thoroughfare is the perfect setting for the event, which typically draws thousands.
Wemyss notes Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Kawartha Lakes-Haliburton will come out a big winner when all is said and done.
Wemyss says her firm’s taking over the event from Lindsay’s Downtown BIA is proving to be a perfect fit.
Those wanting to display their vehicle are advised to register as early as 7 a.m. – two hours before the gates open to the public at 9 a.m.
