Ontario’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking the public to help find Lucan Watters, 47, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his statutory release conditions.
Watters is described as a 5-foot-6-inch, 130-pound Caucasian male with tattoos including a wave on the left side of his neck, “FTW” on the back of his neck, and “Watters” on his lower back.
He is serving a federal sentence of nearly five years for offences including possession and trafficking of controlled substances, weapons offences, and failing to comply with court orders.
Watters is known to frequent Peterborough, Norwood, Trent Hills, Campbellford, and Toronto.
