It has been an off-season of change in the Petes’ front office.
After a review of business operations, the organization eliminated three positions, including its Marketing Director and Community Engagement Co-ordinator and Co-ordinator of Business Operations.
Another change coming is a renewed emphasis on alumni relations. Mark Million, who is the current director of merchandise, is going to be heading up the effort.
While most of the iconic names are known, Million says there are a lot of important figures who might go under the radar.
Alumni can play a key role in marketing the team as well, and according to Million it’s also a way to introduce the brand to the next generation of fans.
