A 25-year-old Marmora man is facing charges following a road rage incident in Lakefield Thursday afternoon.
Peterborough County OPP say officers were called around 1:30pm to a parking lot near Queen Street and Water Street after reports of a disturbance involving two vehicles. Police say a verbal dispute over driving led to the suspect allegedly kicking the door of another person’s vehicle.
The man was arrested and charged with mischief for damaging property and failing to comply with a probation order. Police say he was already under a court order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
He was released on an undertaking and is set to appear in court on July 22.
