A 33-year-old Peterborough man is facing several charges in connection with a stabbing Monday evening.
The stabbing happened near George and Aylmer streets and sent one person to hospital.
As a result of the investigation, Ethan Moxham of Peterborough was arrested and charged with:
- Aggravated Assault
- Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The accused is currently bound by a probation order stemming from a break and enter and fail to comply with probation conviction in August of 2023. The probation order has the following condition: to not possess any weapon(s) as defined by the Criminal Code of Canada.
