Peterborough police are looking for suspects after a man was seriously injured in a hammer attack last weekend.
The assault is believed to have taken place sometime between 5:30 and 9:30 Saturday morning near Reid and Simcoe streets. Investigators say they were notified about the incident in the afternoon on May 17, after the victim was airlifted to a Toronto-area hospital for treatment.
Police say the attack is not believed to be an isolated incident.
