Business owners across Peterborough County are invited to attend The Resilient Retailer, a one-day event designed to help entrepreneurs adapt and thrive in a changing economy.
Taking place Wednesday, May 14th, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Cavan Monaghan Community Centre, the event will offer tools and insights for businesses of all kinds—not just those in retail.
Retail strategist Barbara Crowhurst, CEO of Retail Makeover, will deliver the keynote. Known for her work with major North American retailers and thousands of independent operators, Crowhurst brings decades of industry experience to the stage.
Other highlights include a local retail business panel and a presentation by Social Kat Media on using short-form video to boost sales and engagement.
The event is presented by Local Advantage in partnership with Community Futures Peterborough. Organizers say it’s a chance for attendees to network, learn from experts, and re-energize their business strategy.
