Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington (PVNC) Catholic District School Board and Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board has cancelled all classes before heavy snowfall hits the area.
All KPR and PVNC Catholic District School Board schools, childcare centres, and buildings will be closed Thursday, Feb. 13, for students and staff. This includes the Catholic Education Centre as well.
Before and after school programs in PVNC schools are cancelled. Full-day childcare programs will communicate directly with families.
Education centres and worksites for both boards will also be closed as the storm is expected to create hazardous conditions across the region.
