A 65-year-old Peterborough man is facing three voyeurism charges after incidents at a local business in early September.
Peterborough Police were alerted by staff at the Winners store, who reported seeing a male using his phone to look up a female’s skirt on September 1st, between 2:15 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
On October 4th, police executed a search warrant at a Peterborough residence, leading to the man’s arrest. He was held in custody and appeared in court the same day, with a follow-up court appearance set for October 22, 2024.
