It was a time to remember.
More than 45,000 people attended the Norwood Fall Fair over the long-weekend, including a single-day record of 23,718.
The three-day event, themed “Country Roads Take Me Home,” celebrated the fair’s agricultural roots and fostering memories for families over the Thanksgiving weekend.
“The fair was a tremendous success,” said Paul Quinlan, General Manager of the Norwood Fair. “We want to thank our fairgoers, exhibitors, vendors, and volunteers. Country roads truly take you home to the Norwood Fair — a tradition since 1868.”
This year’s highlights included heavy and light horse shows, a poultry show, sheepdog demonstrations, and the new Junior Fair Ambassador Competition. Other attractions featured antique tractor displays, lawnmower races, musical performances, and a midway. As the fair concludes, dedicated volunteers are already looking forward to planning the 2025 edition.
