With the theme ‘Country Roads Take Me Home,’ a longstanding Thanksgiving weekend tradition returns October 12 to 14th to the Norwood Fairgrounds.
Organized and presented by the Norwood Agricultural Society, the 156th edition of the Norwood Fair will feature all the traditional attractions, include animal exhibits, crafts, an antique car show, a tractor pull, and midway rides and entertainment with Fair Ambassador Alyssa Morrison front and centre throughout the weekend.
Society director Katelynn Moore says the fair is nothing short of a homecoming for many.
Asked what attraction she things will prove particularly popular this year, Moore answers quickly.
Moore says the fair’s success is measured in the experience fair goers have as opposed to attendance, adding its staging is a ‘well-oiled machine.’
