A lucky local resident is waking up to a significant win today. OLG says that a LOTTO MAX Second Prize ticket from last night’s draw, worth $293,334.10, was purchased in Peterborough County.
As for the historic $80 million LOTTO MAX jackpot, there were two winning tickets sold: one in Grey County, Ontario, and the other in Quebec, each worth $40 million.
Officials are advising anyone who purchased a ticket to check it as soon as possible at a retailer or on the OLG app.
