The Lakefield ReStore for Habitat for Humanity is officially open.
Store manager Tom Byrne said it was encouraging to see locals from Selwyn and Peterborough yesterday supporting the store’s first day.
The new store is located at 3001 Lakefield Road, at the fork between Lakefield and Buckhorn Road.
Byrne says this spot allows more access to Habitat’s regional community.
The store is open Monday through Saturday.
