The Peterborough Humane Society is getting set to host Pet Fest at their Animal Care Centre on Saturday, a free event promising a day of fun and celebration for everyone and their pets.
Scheduled from 10am to 2pm, the festival will feature a dedicated Pet Zone, offering a variety of activities such as “Sweat with Your Pet” sessions, a pet ball pit, dog pools, nail trimmings, and training demonstrations.
Visitors can explore the Pet Market, which will include over a dozen local vendors providing an array of pet-related products and services.
For food enthusiasts, a Food Zone will offer various culinary delights, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Children are also in for a treat with the Kid Zone, featuring face painting, balloon animals, musical performances, sidewalk chalk, crafts, and other engaging activities.
The event is meant to be a day dedicated to the love of animals and community, designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all.
