In a bid to boost tourism experiences, six promising businesses in Peterborough & the Kawarthas have been awarded grants and mentorship.
Each recipient of the “Spark” Program received a $3,000 grant alongside mentorship to kickstart their ventures.
This year’s winners range from kayak instruction to flower field experiences, demonstrating the diversity of ideas.
The program, now in its third year, aims to enhance the region’s tourism offerings, encouraging longer stays and year-round visits.
