A 33-year-old Peterborough man is being charged following an incident that occurred on Saturday afternoon.
Officers were called to the intersection of Hunter Street West and Aylmer Street around 3:45pm, with reports that a man pacing back and forth with his pants down, exposing himself at the intersection.
Upon arrival, officers found a man matching the description provided by witnesses and attempted to place him under arrest, but the man resisted, resulting in a brief struggle before officers were able to take him into custody.
