Just when we thought we were out – Old Man Winter pulls us back in.
Environment Canada has put out a ‘Winter Weather Travel Advisory’ for the region.
The forecast is calling for light snow to begin Friday afternoon, but it should intensify in the evening and bring between 5 and 10 centimetres. The snow will taper off from west to east late Friday or early Saturday morning.
Officials say motorists should expect hazardous winter driving conditions and adjust travel plans accordingly. Poor weather conditions may also contribute to transportation delays.
