Teacher by day – popular local musician by night.
That is the life of Michaela Hetherington, a singer-songwrighter who will be taking to the stage at the upcoming Peterborough Performs concert at Showplace.
Hetherington, who has been performing since she was a teen, shares her process for putting together a song.
Hetherington is one of 16 acts that will be playing at Peterborough Performs in support of the United Way coming up at Showplace on March 7th. Her involvement came from a work friendship with organizer Paul Rellinger.
Hetherington says our region has so many talented people and she’s so thankful for the support her music has received over the years.
