The City of Peterborough wants to hear from you, as they review their recreation, fitness, and leisure services.
The city says the review comes as they make changes in the Recreation and Park Services Division like the new Miskin Law Community Centre.
Alongside the recent amalgamation of recreation, arenas, parks, and the wellness centre, they want to review the membership options offered and the types of programs to be included.
The new model would include access to recreation facilities in the City that offer public swims, skates, sports, leisure programming and fitness classes.
An online survey for residents is open on the City’s website until January 19th, and staff will be visiting different recreation facilities throughout January to gather feedback.
Final recommendations on the City’s membership model will be presented to Council in the spring.
