A 55-year-old Lakefield man is facing several charges after the discovery of cocaine and fentanyl.
Police in the City of Kawartha Lakes say on October 19th, officers were called after a dispute between two family members that included threats against a female victim.
Investigators, with the assistance of the OPP, searched two locations and arrested the accused who was found in possession of the drugs.
The man was charged with several offences including two counts of Uttering threats – Cause death or Bodily Harm and two counts of Possession of a Schedule I Substance.
The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, Located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on Monday.
