The anticipation for the upcoming Peterborough Petes’ 2023 Training Camp has peaked as the team officially disclosed its schedule, with the unveiling of the training camp roster is scheduled for Monday.
The training camp is slated to get underway on Tuesday with rigorous fitness testing at the Hybrid Sports Athletics Facility on Chemong Rd.
Throughout the week, the camp will feature a series of on-ice practices, engaging scrimmages, and the traditional Maroon vs White game, which has become an eagerly awaited annual event, with activities are set to take place at Peterborough Memorial Centre.
Fans are invited to attend the scrimmages and the Maroon vs White game, an opportunity to witness the team’s progress firsthand.
Additionally, the Petes have ensured wider accessibility by live streaming all scrimmages and the Maroon vs White game on the official Petes Facebook Page.
As part of the strategic team organization, all participating players will be assigned to one of three distinct teams, namely Team East Side Mario’s (White) and Team Sign-A-Fied (Black).
With the collaboration of key sponsors and the engagement of supporters, the Peterborough Petes are set to embark on an intense training camp, priming themselves for the challenges and victories that lie ahead in the 2023 season.

The Petes begin their exhibition schedule on September 2nd, on the road against Niagara, followed by a game against Oshawa on September 4th at the Jack Burger Sports Complex in Port Hope.
