A 30-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving-related offences.
Peterborough County OPP say on Saturday night, a witness reported seeing a vehicle stopped in the middle lane of a road in Asphodel-Norwood. When approached, the accused ran away on foot.
Officers later located the man and he was taken into custody. His drivers’ license was suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days.
