Peterborough city councillors have thrown their support behind rezoning a property on Park Street to allow it to be an office or clinic.
The property is located at 823 Park St. S, on the southwest corner of Park and Brioux Avenue.
There is a one-storey commercial building there, which was formerly the location of a branch of the Ganaraska Financial Credit Union and is now vacant.
The property’s current zoning limits its use to a bank.
An applicant wants to relocate an existing accounting practice to the location.
