Eryn Lidster is chomping at the bit to get busy as the newly named creative director of Peterborough’s annual ReFrame Film Festival.
Responsible for implementing the creative and artistic vision of the festival, Lidster brings to the role background in programming and project management, particularly as that pertains to film, media art and theatre.
She was recently hired as the successor to Amy Siegel, who served as creative director since 2018.
The film festival’s reputation, says Lidster, remains a huge plus in its favour moving forward.
Lidster says there’s an opportunity to put her stamp on the festival but while working closely with her festival colleagues.
The 2024 Reframe Film Festival will be held in late January.
