As his tour is billed, Juno Award-winning rock-pop singer and songwriter Ian Thomas is Not Gone Yet and full proof of that will be clear when he performs April 29th at Showplace.
The Hamilton native, whose signature hits include Painted Ladies, Pilot and Hold On, was a staple on radio playlists through the 1970s into the next decade. The younger brother of Canadian comedian Dave Thomas, he portrayed Dougie Franklin on The Red Green Show. In addition, he has composed music for 22 feature films.
Thomas will be backed by a four-piece band for his Showplace appearance. Tickets can be purchased online.
