The Peterborough and the Kawarthas Home Builders Association made its presence known at the recent 2023 Home Building Week in Canada Conference held in Banff, Alberta.
Association member Trademark Homes won a National Award for Housing Excellence for best custom home over 5,000 square feet for a home built on Balsam Lake.
Also during the conference, past association president Garnet Northey, the owner of Lakefield-based Spotlight Home and Lifestyle, was named treasurer of the Canadian Home Builders Association, now sitting on the executive board as a result.
