A blast of Winter Weather is on the way.
Environment Canada has issued a Snowfall Warning for the region.
Meteorologist Steven Flisfeder says the forecast is calling for a Texas low to bring heavy snow to the area beginning early this afternoon.
He adds you should prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
