A Porsche Cayenne stolen during a test drive has resulted in a charge for a Paris woman.
Peterborough Police say the vehicle was taken during a test drive of a potential private sale of the vehicle back on October 4th. It is alleged that once in the vehicle, the woman locked the doors and took off, narrowly missing the owner of the vehicle.
As a result of an ongoing investigation into stolen vehicles by the Street Crime Unit and with the help of Halton Regional Police Service, the 26-year-old accused was arrested and charged with theft of motor vehicle.
The Porsche Cayenne valued at over $200,000 was not recovered.
