A 33-year-old man has been charged after incidents reported at downtown businesses.
Police say they were called to the area of Townsend and George about a man causing a disturbance at several locations including damage at one business.
Upon arrival, officers located two men involved in an altercation in the street. One of the men was a security guard who had followed the suspect as he fled from a business.
The accused faces a charge of Mischief Under $5,000 and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
