The role of Shadow Minister is important and Michelle Ferreri says she is already focusing in on some key priorities.
The Peterborough-Kawartha MP was recently named as the Shadow Minister of Families, Children and Social Development.
Ferreri says a big priority for her, is making sure the government is doing everything it can to address the ongoing affordability crisis.
Nearby, Northumberland-Peterborough South MP Philip Lawrence was named as associate shadow minister for finance and middle class prosperity and Haliburton-Kawartha Lakes-Brock MP Jamie Schmale remains as the shadow minister for Crown-Indigenous relations.
