Turner Park has a brand new splash pad.
The attraction was unveiled on Thursday on Chamberlain Street.
Councillor Lesley Parnell says this particular project was about five years in the making.
Parnell adds the splash pad replaces a wading pool that had been in the neighbourhood for 50 years.
Also on-hand for the announcement was fellow Otonabee Ward Councillor Kim Zippel.
