Another name has come forward to run in Monaghan Ward.
Jeff Westlake filed his nomination papers at City Hall yesterday. In a statement he says he’s eager to begin engaging with voters at their doors and looks forward to being the voice of hardworking families.
Westlake finished third in the 2018 election.
Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Peterborough, he has also served as chair of the United Way Hockey Challenge, and on the local Chapter Leadership Committee of the Schizophrenia Society.
Also running in Monaghan Ward will be Matthew Crowley. We’re still waiting to hear publically from incumbents Henry Clarke and Don Vassiliadis.
